With over 50 years’ experience, we are proud to partner with many of the most prominent and sophisticated charities, endowments and foundations in the UK and globally.

Our dedicated not‑for‑profit investment team brings deep specialist experience and a clear understanding of the sector’s unique challenges.

We work alongside investment committees and trustees of charities, endowments and foundations to develop a detailed understanding of their return objectives, risk tolerance, spending plans, responsible investment beliefs and governance needs. Drawing on this understanding, we support the design and implementation of an investment strategy that is fully aligned with the charity’s needs.

We provide advice on:

  • Strategic asset allocation
  • Investment manager selection and monitoring
  • Responsible investment and impact implementation
  • Governance structures and decision‑making frameworks
  • Fee benchmarking, negotiation and savings

Our consultants are supported by Aon’s specialist global investment manager research, investment strategy & economics, and responsible investment teams - ensuring rigorous, research‑driven guidance at every stage.
